What is the first step in selling my farm?
We recommend getting a comparative market analysis (CMA) on your farm? We are able to very quickly give you an approximate idea of the value of your farm using industry leading tools. All we need from you is the county, state, and tax parcel ID(s) of the property you own.
How long does it take to sell a farm?
There are obviously a lot of variables involved, so it can be difficult to give a blanket answer. We find most properties receive buyer interest relatively quickly. Location, size, and quality of the land can play a large factor in the speed with which a farm sells.
